been thinking of your comments -- and will add to questions for leaders to think about the questions they are having HR ask, as someone else comment the surveys feel absurd to employees, there are many other ways to ask employees what stresses them or need them.

also dont think that just work is different but the people doing the work are ... five generations at work, much more diversity, remote diversity, etc. going to read up on your work!
