hey liz thank you so much for reading and sharing your thoughts. being on ther receiving end of someone or something like a company pretending to care is the absolute worst and erodes trust at great speed.

and it is always the same play book like with DEI and the diversity theater, great pronouncements, training that dont work and occur during work time and then we need to do the work we couldnt, and then back to business as usual. the "caring theater" is going to backfire too.
