hi -- thank you very much to taking the time to read our thoughts and for taking the time to provide us this lovely feedback. we approach this very very much. you allude to capitalism and religion. we had a section that we deleted on research that religion has also been considered an ingredient of economic success. max weber’s work in explained that the protestant Faith lay behind northern european economic success; more recently, japanese economic success was tied to shintoism.

and religion is central to the purpose and culture of some business organizations, that embrace the potential of a religiously and spiritually engaged workforce. this may result from the purpose and mission of an organization’s founders or early leaders, or it may simply reflect the community in which the company is located and operates.

so there are lots of interconnections for sure.
