thank you for your comment and i totally agree -- and when out look up and at people who are organic and not virtual presentations. figuring out how to feel better without turning to consumption (of stuff, news, and meanness) is also good. not easy thouth, constant evaluation, competition, antagonistic relational stress, unpredictable change, and the challenge of having to perform to a standard and meet expectations are risky, uncertain, overwhelming, and at times, life-threatening for our biology. pressure that motivates us to become the best is the same pressure that breaks us apart.
