totally agree -- i was trying to imagine how this might go if we could be more honest with each other and then in the final section wonder -- would that ever happen in real life? what is good and bad about it? i have found with colleagues and also with companies that I speak with that being able to have more open conversations about motives and preferences (starting at the interviewing process) usually leads to better outcome. so the role play was meant to make us reflect on possibilities. thank you so much for reading and sharing your feedback
