which is understandable because if they are open about health issues they may no longer be able to do their jobs or what they love or have worked so hard to achieve. a good corporate culture makes it possible of individuals to come forward when they feel that they can no longer operate as they have so that help can be provided or accommodations provided. or the person can be reassured that they are heard and dont have to hide but still trust their interlocutors with the information. i think a very fine line and hard challenge for managers. if you have recommendations they would be most welcome!
